Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about training at Evolve Fitness, City of London's specialist personal training gym at Houndsditch, EC3A.

What is Warrior Tribe and how is it different from a normal fitness class?

Warrior Tribe is Evolve's small-group body transformation programme, and it is nothing like a standard fitness class. We cap every group at six people, which means you get genuine coaching attention in every session, not just someone counting reps at the front of a room. Every Warrior Tribe client is tracked using the InBody 570 body composition scanner from week one, so you can see exactly how much body fat you are losing and muscle you are gaining as the programme progresses. Structured nutrition coaching and weekly accountability check-ins are built in from the start. The programme runs over six weeks with progressive training built around your starting point. Most clients lose 4-6% body fat over the course of a cohort. It is designed specifically for City of London professionals who are serious about results and do not have time to waste.

Where is Evolve Fitness and how close is it to Liverpool Street and Aldgate?

We are at 28/30 Houndsditch, London EC3A 7DB, right in the heart of the City of London. Liverpool Street station is a seven-minute walk. Aldgate East is five minutes on foot. Aldgate station is also close, and the gym is easily accessible from Bank, Monument, and Fenchurch Street. If you work anywhere in the Square Mile or commute through EC3, we are almost certainly on your route. The gym is open Monday to Friday from 6am, which means early morning sessions before the office are straightforward. We also accommodate lunch break and post-work training.

Do you offer corporate wellness or InBody assessments for City offices?

Yes. Through our corporate wellness service, we deliver InBody 570 body composition assessments directly to offices across the City of London. The InBody 570 is a medical-grade body composition scanner that measures body fat percentage, muscle mass, visceral fat, and hydration levels in around 45 seconds per person. We bring the equipment to your office, run the assessments with your team, and provide each participant with a clear, data-driven health report and a coach debrief. No gym membership required. Packages are flexible and can be structured as a one-off event or a regular quarterly visit. To discuss a corporate package, call 07716 501707 or email info@evolvefitness.co.uk.

How do I get started at Evolve Fitness?

Every new client starts with the Evolve MOT: a full health and body composition assessment at our Houndsditch gym in EC3A. It includes an InBody 570 body composition scan, grip strength testing, cardiovascular markers, and a full debrief with one of our coaches. The MOT gives us the data we need to build a programme that is actually right for you. From there, you choose the path that fits: 1:1 personal training with a dedicated coach, or Warrior Tribe if you want the structure and community of a small group programme. Every client at Evolve trains with a coach. That is what makes the results consistent.

What is the Evolve MOT and who is it for?

The Evolve MOT is a full health and body composition assessment using the InBody 570 scanner, one of the most accurate body composition tools available outside a clinical setting. It measures body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, visceral fat level, hydration, and segmental muscle balance across your entire body. We also test grip strength, a clinically validated predictor of long-term health outcomes, plus cardiovascular markers. The session ends with a full coach debrief where we walk through what the data shows and what it means for your training. The MOT is particularly popular with City of London professionals in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who are serious about their long-term health and want data, not guesswork.
