Max approached me to help him get "crazy ripped" for an Esquire magazine article that he was going to write for the February issue of the magazine. For me this was a real "put your money where your mouth is" moment as if I didn't get him in shape in 12 weeks then all my bragging rights would be over. He started at only 13% body fat which is quite low but his lack of muscle mass made him look more out of shape. Also he had some serious postural issues that would effect his ability to lift heavy and thus give us the muscular "ripped" look that the article would require.

I think I will let the pictures do the talking here as Max looks amazing! He lost 6kg of pure fat and put on 4kg of lean mass to get the look as well as dropping nearly 5 inches from what was already quite a small waist. What many of the pictures cannot show is how much better Max performed athletically from the start to the end of the program as his sprinting, squatting and overhead pressing went from pretty poor to heroic over the time. As a personal trainer based in London it's not often you get a chance to show what you can do to the nation so it was a real pleasure to be a part of this great article by Max "8 pack" Olesker.
