Warrior Tribe FAQ
What happens if I miss a session or even a whole week?
We find that on average people tend to average 3 sessions a week. For any missed sessions we have all the training plans in the app that all Tribes members have so that you can do the plan outside of the gym and even speak to your trainer for advice around the best ways of doing it.
I want to build muscle, is this for me?
Many Tribe members will have different goals but the main thing that will steer you towards your personal targets is the bespoke diet plan. For instance, someone wanting to drop body fat will be on different macros than someone wanting to build muscle and gain size. In short – what you fuel your body with will determine how your body changes from the exercises we do.
I’m a vegetarian/vegan will this still work?
Yes; We can of course alter your plan to suit your dietary requirements. Please make us aware of these before we do your plan for you.
I’m a total beginner, is the Tribe still suitable for me?
The Tribe caters to all experience levels. We keep the class numbers small so that we are still able to focus on making sure everyone is using the correct form and doing each exercise safely and correctly. The Tribe will never become easy because as you get stronger, the weights will get heavier! The Tribe is structured so that you are always challenged, no matter what your experience level. The first two weeks are all about perfecting technique which is always beneficial for everyone.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes; You can either pay monthly (£400 p/m) or pay a upfront for a discounted price of £999.
What days are the sessions?
For the first two weeks you will train on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and for the following 10 weeks you will train Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. (please note this may vary on bank holidays)
Can I just go to any sessions I like?
When you book the tribe you select one time that suits you and are expected to attend that time each training day. This way we can make sure that classes are not over crowded, you build consistency and it builds great camaraderie in the group.
What if I cannot make my usual time?
If you can not make your usual time for whatever reason and want to attend another timeslot, please alert your head trainer who will check if there is availability for you in another class. It is very rare that we can’t fit you in as you have the option to switch to morning, lunch or evening in either one of our central London venues.
How big are the groups?
There are 12 people maximum per group as this allows us to give you the focus needed to succeed.
