Otaniyien has been a personal trainer since 2004, having worked as a freelance trainer in London with Tim previous to joining the EOM team. Tim tried to get Otaniyien to work with EOM in 2013 but it took 3 years to get him to give in!
Putting knowledge and experience behind looking good and being fit is at the core of his approach to strength training, no matter what your level.
Otaniyien likes to focus on helping his clients create a body that has strength, balance, symmetry and good composition, which he believes are the key elements to creating a strong and healthy body for life.
Strength training has been Otaniyien’s personal passion for many years, and is what initially inspired him to become a personal trainer 12 years ago.
Since then he has explored many other areas, techniques and disciplines, and believes that anyone can achieve their health and fitness potential with the right guidance.
Since Otaniyien joined us in September he has created a real buzz around the gym and has immediately positioned himself as the hardest pushing trainer
