Daniel was a life long "hard gainer" and so his goal was to put on as much size as possible to get that coveted muscular look. As 90% of people that come to Evolve are looking to drop weight rather than gain it Daniel was sceptical that he could put weight on in a group where the other guys were all looking to lose weight. Challenge accepted!

Daniel showed himself and us that you can pack on muscle in the same space as others trying to drop weight. His strength increased dramatically across all the lifts with his deadlift going from 60kg to 110kg and bench press going from 50 to 75kg. He put on 4kg of lean mass and the scales rose from 79 to 81kg as he dropped 2kg of fat.
