Charlie had not exercised properly for years and had spent too much time being sedentary over the past 5 years. As a group participant Charlie wanted to learn from the more experienced guys, drop fat and build muscle. He did not have any exact goals just wanted to "change as much as possible".

The pictures show improved posture with a stronger and leaner looking frame but what a picture doesn't show is the improvements he made in all technical aspects of training and the benefits in strength that comes with that. Charlie lost 10% body fat, 10cm around his waist and put on 2kg of lean muscle mass. Basically he kicked ass!
