The fitness industry today has become diluted with an abundance of conflicting information, the endless cycle of ever changing magazine articles and advice, the overcrowding of the supplement industry and the sheer volume of personal trainers.

If you can’t commit to our full 12 weeks then you can still benefit from our expertise as we also offer smaller packages but we do still ask that you put in the effort outside of the gym as getting people into great shape is what we love to do.

6 Week program (half Warrior Workout)


Whether you have been active in the past and want to get fit again, or your fitness has plateaued and you need something new or you want to look amazing for an upcoming event, this 6 week program will show your body just what it is capable of.

  • 22 x 1-2-1 training sessions over 6 weeks.
  • Regular body composition and fitness assessments
  • Initial physiotherapy screening
  • Exercise and diet plan to follow outside of the gym
  • Ongoing support and motivation
  • Pre and post program photographs to see just how far you have come

Everyone has to start somewhere and this 4 week program is a great way to get you going.
Learn how to move, how to improve your posture and begin your journey towards gaining the body you deserve.
