First things first


Evolve Fitness has been specialising in incredible body transformations for over 8 years and has created, what we believe is, the only group body transformation programme in London. We have been running or Warrior Tribe programme for 3 years and have seen hundreds of people transform both their body and minds in a few months where everything else has failed in the past.

This 2 week challenge is our chance to showcase to you just how great we are but it is also to give you an opportunity to see just how awesome your body can be. There are millions of diets, gurus and fitness classes around and of course every one of them calls themselves the best. Because of this you cannot take any method at their word but instead you need to try it for yourself.

Over the next 2 weeks we want you to learn about everything that you need to get the best out of your body be that to just feel fitter or to get absolutely ripped to pieces. Everyone can have anything that they want it’s just that simple. Decide what you truly want from your body and don’t accept anything less. We have the trainers and the knowledge so we want you to use the next 14 days to get a real understanding of what you want and what you are willing to do to get it.

The “pre week” is a chance for you to prepare, to learn and to decide what is important to you when it comes to training.

Then the real week of the Warrior Tribe is your chance to put your body where your mouth is (a strange sentence there) and feel what it is to really train in an intelligent manner with your goals in mind.

Group training to most people is just a chance to just sweat and jump about in a cool looking gym with banging music and a shit load of lycra but the truth is that you cannot build the physique of your dreams when just having a great experience is the gyms main goal. Getting the body and athleticism that you want comes with foresight, intelligence and a plan not just with a celebrity endorsement.
